Solstice Canyon is the creation of Rachael Sheridan and Jessie Kimmell, friends who spent years experimenting in their own kitchens to create healthy and irresistible recipes that delight from the inside out. Former food industry co-workers, Rachael and Jessie founded Solstice Canyon in 2014 with an intention to capture and jar their love for healthful, beautiful, and delicious living. Their premiere lineup of organic and raw almond butters has been featured in dozens of publications and media must-have lists, including O Magazine, Food & Wine, InStyle, Vogue, and Today on NBC, and was named a finalist in the prestigious Good Food Awards in 2018.
